嘉兴有轨电车售检票体系研究

Research on Tram Fare Collection System in Jiaxing City

现代有轨电车能够有效解决道路公交速度慢、运能小、准点率低等问题,为中小城市治理城市交通拥堵提供了有效途径,而合理的售检票体系有助于提升有轨电车的吸引力,实现与道路公交体系的一体化运营。从售检票方式、票制票价、交互与服务等方面对比分析了国内各城市有轨电车售检票体系的优缺点,介绍了嘉兴有轨电车售检票体系的架构,提出了目前嘉兴有轨电车售检票体系为满足未来网络化运营需求而需改进的项目。

Modern tram can effectively solve road public transport problems,such as slow speed,small volume and low punctuality rate,providing a new way for small and medium-sized cities to deal with urban traffic congestion.Reasonable fare collection system can improve the attraction of tram and realize the integrated operation with road public transport system.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of tram fare collection system in different Chinese cities are compared and analyzed from aspects of fare collection mode,ticket system and price,as well as interaction and service,the structure of tram fare collection system in Jiaxing City is introduced.On this basis,items need to be improved in order to meet the demands of the tram network operation in the future are put forward.
