摘要
APM300型车辆枢轴道岔是为APM300型车辆专门设计的转向枢纽。分析了某城市轨道交通线路APM300型车辆枢轴道岔极寒低温天气并伴有冻雨情况下的故障现象及故障原因。介绍了APM300型车辆枢轴道岔防冻优化方案:增加柜内加热系统,优化触发板结构,提升锁销电机破冰能力。提出了APM300型车辆枢轴道岔防冻专项维护措施。测试结果表明,优化后的APM300型车辆枢轴道岔在极寒低温天气下运行稳定,各部件性能可靠。
APM300 type vehicle pivot switch is a steering hub specially designed for this vehicle.The phenomenon and causes of APM300 type vehicle pivot switch fault are analyzed while the train running on an urban rail transit line in extremely cold and low temperature weather with freezing rain.By introducing the anti-freezing optimization scheme of APM300 vehicle pivot switch,such as adding heating system in the cabinet,optimizing the trigger plate structure,and improving the ice breaking ability of the lock pin motor,the special anti-freezing maintenance measures for APM300 vehicle pivot switch are put forward.Test results show that the optimized APM300 vehicle pivot switch operates stably in extremely cold and low temperature weather,and the performance of each component is reliable.
