本文结合胶州市既有住宅加装电梯的实际情况,从群众的需求出发,化解加装电梯的棘手难题,从必要性和重要性展开,围绕加装电梯现有制度进行了初步分析,从征询等基本流程开始,就审批环节、资金筹集、后续管理等基本要素进行了分析和探讨,特别是对加装电梯的程序完善性、居民幸福感、获得感方面进行了论述,并对加装电梯的热点和难点问题,在民生福祉、邻里和谐和后续管理3个方面提出了合理的建议和措施。

Based on the actual situation of elevator installation in Jiaozhou City’s existing residential buildings and the needs of the people,this text tries to solve the knotty problem of elevator installation,starting from the necessity and importance,and makes a preliminary analysis around the existing system of installing elevators,starting with basic procedures such as consultation.The text analyzes and studies the basic elements of examination and approval,fund raising and follow-up management,especially discusses the perfection of the procedures for installing elevators,residents happiness and acquisition,it also puts forward reasonable suggestions and measures from three aspects for people’s well-being,neighbourhood harmony and follow-up management to the hot and difficult problems of installing elevators.
