蒸压釜作为一种频繁操作的快开门式压力容器,其生产过程中的安全风险较大。本文描述了一起蒸压釜泄漏事件,从多个角度进行了原因分析,排除容器本体开裂和制造等原因导致泄漏的可能性,确定直接原因为阀门失效和密封面积垢,间接原因为企业管理措施落实不到位,未能定期开展维护保养。为杜绝此类事件的发生,本文从多个方面提出了预防措施。

As a quick-opening pressure vessel that is frequently operated,the autoclave poses a great safety risk during the production process.This article described an autoclave leakage incident,analyzed from multiple angles,ruled out the possibility of leakage caused by cracking and manufacturing of the container body,and determined that the direct cause was valve failure and sealing surface scaling,and the indirect cause was management measures were not implemented in place,and regular maintenance was not carried out.In order to prevent the occurrence of such incidents,this article proposes preventive measures from many aspects.
