摘要 目前大容量机组锅炉本体受热面的不锈钢管氧化皮脱落导致堵塞爆管是机组存在的普遍性问题,随着机组参数向超超临界的发展,此类问题更为突出。本文通过氧化皮堆积检测、氧化膜厚度检测、运行参数等方面,对本厂#3、#4超超临界机组锅炉受热面不锈钢管氧化皮堆积情况进行分析,并提出了预防措施,从而保障锅炉安全运行,以供其他电厂借鉴。 At present,it is a common problem of large capacity unit that stainless steel pipe oxide scale falling off on the heating surface of boiler body leads to blockage and tube burst.With the development of unit parameters to ultra supercritical,this kind of problem is more prominent.In this paper,through oxide scale accumulation detection,oxide film thickness test,operation parameters and other aspects,the oxide scale accumulation of stainless steel tubes on the heating surface of boilers of#3 and#4 ultra supercritical units in the plant is analyzed,and the preventive measures are put forward,so as to ensure the safe operation of boilers,it can be used for reference by other power plants.
