凉山民族地区后扶贫时期县域文旅产业发展测度

The Measurement of County Cultural Tourism Industry in the Post-Poverty Alleviation in Liangshan Ethnic Region

采用熵值法、TOPSIS法对四川凉山州各县域的文旅产业发展情况进行理想度测评,结果发现经济基础差、可进入性差和政府扶持力度不够是影响凉山文旅产业发展的主要障碍因素。政府应加大扶持力度、完善基础交通设施建设、调整产业结构、统一科学规划、加强合作以促进县域文旅产业发展。

The entropy method and TOPSIS method were used to evaluate the ideal development of cultural tourism industry in various counties in Liangshan Prefecture.The results show that poor economic foundation,poor accessibility and insufficient government support are the main obstacles affecting the development of cultural tourism industry in Liangshan Prefecture.The government should increase its support,improve the construction of infrastructure and transportation facilities,adjust the industrial structure,unify the scientific planning,and strengthen cooperation to promote the development of the county’s cultural and tourism industry.
