健康中国视域下健康治理的现实挑战与对策研究

Realistic Challenges and Countermeasures of Health Governance from the Perspective of Healthy China

健康中国战略强调共建共享、健康优先。健康中国视域下,健康治理在具体推进过程中面临着治理路径、治理思维、治理对象、治理环境等方面的现实挑战。对此,提出建议:健康治理由主体依赖向共建共享的路径转变,强化健康优先的治理原则,推动治理对象健康观念和行为的知行合一,改善由个体到社会的健康环境。

The Healthy China strategy emphasizes sharing and prioritizing health. In the context of Healthy China, health governance faces challenges in terms of governance paths, governance thinking, governance objects and governance environment in the process of promotion. In this regard, it is proposed that health governance should shift from a subject-dependent to a shared path. And it is suggested to strengthen the principle of governance that prioritises health, promote the integration of health concepts and behaviours of those under governance, and improve the health environment from the individual to society.
