摘要
当前,我国社区居家护理尚处于探索阶段,要明确社区居家护理高质量发展的内涵,从护理人员、护理服务、护理环境、护理设施、护理管理5个方面优化社区居家护理发展路径,并从政策、资金、人才方面提供保障,实现社区居家护理高质量发展。
At present, community home care in China is still in the exploration stage. It is necessary to clarify the connotation of highquality development of community home care, optimize the development path of community home care in five aspects: nursing staff, nursing services, nursing environment, nursing facilities and nursing management, and provide guarantees in terms of policies, funds and talents to realize high-quality development of community home care.
