摘要
针对慕课高辍学率和低完成率、缺乏有效的质量评价标准及指标体系、学习效果难以保证等问题,引入心理测量领域的认知诊断模型Fuzzy-CDF,提出了知识水平层级的学生学习成效评估方法,对章节的阶段性诊断来反馈学生知识弱项、推荐资源,采用过程数据来训练模型,完成形成性评价。通过采集爱课程“信号与系统”的教育大数据进行实验分析表明:该方法可行有效,灵活且好理解,具有实际应用参考价值。
In response to the high dropout rate and low completion rate of MOOC, the lack of effective quality evaluation standards and indicator systems, and the difficulty of guaranteeing learning effects, the cognitive diagnosis model Fuzzy-CDF in the field of psychometrics is introduced, and a method for evaluating the learning effectiveness of students at a level of knowledge is proposed. Periodic diagnosis of chapters is used to feedback students′ knowledge weaknesses and recommended resources, and process data is used to train the model to complete formative evaluation. The experimental analysis by collecting the educational big data of the course Signal and System shows that the method is feasible, effective, flexible and easy to understand, and has practical application reference value.
