仿实物模型的基础控制理论实验平台设计

摘要 为提高现阶段学生实践创新能力,将转速、温度和液位等控制变量实物化,模仿农舍家禽饲养过程,研制仿实物模型的基础控制理论教学实验平台。该平台可完成控制系统的认知、建模辨识、时域分析及校正设计等实验内容。其中校正设计包含经典PID、最小拍及Smith预估等控制器设计的综合性创新实验。仿实物化的实验平台生动直观、趣味性强,有助于提高学生的创新意识,培养其解决实际问题的能力。 To improve students′ capability of practice and innovation, this paper presents an experimental platform mimicking the farm feeding process, which materializes the control variables such as speed, temperature and liquid level in the experiment. This platform enables students to finish a few classical experiments, including control system cognition, modeling and identification, time domain analysis and calibration analysis. Calibration analysis is a comprehensive innovation experiment, which mainly covers the effects of controllers such as classic PID, minimum beat and the Smith predictor on system′s functional performance. The developed experimental platform can not only be used to stimulate students′ interest, but also enhance students′ practical innovation and capacity to deal with practical problems independently.
