江苏高端装备制造产业链现代化发展动力机制与对策建议

Dynamic Mechanism and Countermeasures for Modernization Development of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Chain in Jiangsu Province

基于外部经济理论,分别从科技创新引领、知识溢出共享、产业关联竞合,以及数据驱动协同等方面分析高端装备制造产业链现代化发展的动力机制。同时,基于高端装备制造产业链创新性、高效性、协同集聚性和自主可控性等方面,提出推动江苏高端装备制造产业链现代化发展的对策建议,即加强顶层设计,促进江苏高端装备制造产业链的区域协同发展;强化创新驱动,构建高端装备制造产业链的协同创新系统;协同要素资源,提升高端装备制造产业链的治理能力;做精做强链上企业,完善高端装备制造产业链的生态网络系统。

Based on the external economic theory, this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the modernization development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation guidance, knowledge spillover sharing, industry association competition and cooperation, and data-driven collaboration. At the same time, based on the innovation,efficiency, collaborative agglomeration and independent controllability of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the modernization development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain in Jiangsu, namely, to strengthen the top-level design and promote the regional collaborative development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain in Jiangsu;strengthen innovation drive, build the collaborative innovation system of high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain;cooperate with factor resources to improve the governance ability of high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain;to become a refined and stronger chain enterprise, and improve the ecological network system of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain.
