摘要
墩身是桥梁结构的重要组成部分,由于墩身不但负责将桥梁上部作用力传递至基础位置,墩身的外观质量也是衡量桥梁的一项重要指标。在遂川至大余高速公路工程桥梁施工中,该桥不但墩身较高,而且墩身截面尺寸较为繁多,由于该桥为全线重点工程,为确保施工质量和安全,项目部通过对几种施工方案进行认真比选,最后决定采用滑模和翻模进行墩身施工。不但满足了墩身施工的需要,而且保证了施工安全和施工质量,同时利用翻模的优点,使得多种截面墩身均按设计要求完成了施工,加快了施工进度,提高了施工质量,同时也降低了施工成本。该桥高墩所用的翻模和滑模施工技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
The pier shaft is an important part of the bridge structure. As the pier shaft is not only responsible for transferring the upper force of the bridge to the foundation position, the appearance quality of the pier shaft is also an important indicator to measure the bridge.During the bridge construction of Suichuan Dayu Expressway Project, the bridge has not only a high pier shaft, but also a wide range of pier shaft section dimensions. As the bridge is a key project of the whole line, the project department has carefully compared several construction schemes to ensure construction quality and safety, and finally decided to use slip form and turnover form for pier shaft construction. It not only meets the needs of pier shaft construction, but also ensures the construction safety and construction quality. At the same time, it makes use of the advantages of turnover formwork to complete the construction of pier shafts of various sections according to the design requirements, speeding up the construction progress, improving the construction quality, and reducing the construction cost. The turnover form and slip form construction technology used for the high pier of the bridge also provides reference for the subsequent similar construction.
