轨道交通车辆基地大型车库局部降温系统设计研究

摘要 车辆基地的部分维修岗位作业时间长、劳动强度大,炎热地区有空调降温的需求。本文在现场调研的基础上,确定了车辆基地需要冷风降温的作业岗位、作业区范围。通过现场实测确定了上海地区典型钢筋混凝土结构大库对应的室内空调计算参数,利用CFD分析确定了岗位送风的主要技术参数和负荷,并提出了同时作业率的取值、典型系统方案,以及控制和管理的配套要求。 Some of the maintenance posts in the depot require long working hours and high labor intensity,and there is a demand for air conditioning cooling in hot zone.On the basis of on-site investigation,the working posts and working areas where cold air is needed in the depot are determined.The indoor air parameters for cooling load calculation are determined for the typical large reinforced concrete plant in Shanghai through on-site measurement.The main technical parameters and cooling load of air supply for these spots are obtained by CFD analysis.Meanwhile,simultaneous operation rate,typical air supply system scheme,and the matching requirements of control and management are proposed.
