5G云与VR结合的肾小球疾病实验教学系统建设

摘要 肾小球疾病的病理诊断多数为二维切片,无法直观学习。针对一些虚拟仿真实验教学系统存在依赖高端PC、同一时间学习人数受限、程序运行卡顿、不支持实时交互操作等瓶颈问题,基于5G云与VR技术设计开发了肾小球疾病实验教学系统。该系统以虚拟的肾脏、肾小球、肾小球病理模型为载体,将相关的组织结构、病理改变等教学重点和难点融入虚拟仿真实验教学中,并将仿真系统部署到5G云上,使用者通过该系统能够反复、多视角观看;建立三维立体的组织学形态,更加直观地认识和理解肾小球结构以及病理改变的状态,获得更多练习机会和接近实际的临床体验;解决了目前虚拟仿真实验教学系统在对同时受训人数和时空上的限制,实现了多终端供多用户无时空限制流畅使用,终端无需配置高端PC,降低运维成本。该系统将5G云与VR技术应用在医疗实践教学中作了一次成功的尝试。 In view of the problem that pathology of glomerular diseases is two-dimensional slice and cannot be learned intuitively,at the same time,some virtual simulation experimental teaching systems rely on high-end PCs,the number of learners is limited,the program runs stuck,and does not support real-time interactive operation.In this study,an experimental teaching system of glomerular diseases is designed and developed based on 5 G cloud and VR technology.The system takes the virtual pathological model of kidney,glomerulus and glomerulus as the carrier,integrates the teaching key points and difficulties such as related organizational structure and pathological changes into the virtual simulation experiment teaching,deploys the simulation system to 5 G cloud,and gives the networked solution of the virtual simulation system.Users can watch repeatedly from multiple perspectives through virtual simulation,establish three-dimensional histological morphology,more intuitively understand the glomerular structure and the state of pathological changes,and obtain more practice opportunities and is close to the actual clinical experience.It breaks through the limitations of the current virtual simulation experiment teaching system on the number of trainees and time and space,realizes the smooth use of multiple terminals for multiple users without time and space restrictions,and the terminal does not need to be configured with high-end PC.The system can be used as a reference for the application of 5 G cloud and VR technology in medical teaching.
