摘要
为提升我国机动车驾驶人交通安全综合素养,论文首先分析了当前驾驶人参与交通活动中存在的规则意识和安全意识不足的问题;其次挖掘了驾驶人交通安全风险形成的培训考试、学习教育、交通执法等方面致因;然后从驾驶人外部环境和内部结构两个层面分析了面临的发展变化;最后提出了开展面向交通安全的规范驾驶知识体系、面向交通规则认知培养的驾驶人管理技术以及基于综合素养提升的驾驶人全生命周期教育研究三方面对策。
In order to improve the comprehensive literacy of motor vehicle drivers in China,firstly,the problems of current drivers’lack of awareness of rules and safety awareness in traffic activities was analyzed.Secondly,the causes of traffic safety risks from training,examination,learning,education,and law enforcement,was explored.And then,the development and changes facing drivers are analyzed from the two levels of the driver’s external environment and internal structure.Finally,three pieces of suggestion was put forward,that is research on a standardized driving knowledge system for traffic safety,research on some driver management technology for the training of traffic rules awareness,and research on driver’s life cycle education content based on comprehensive literacy improvement.
