基于合理开行距离的高铁路网区域划分方法

A Regional Partition Method for High-Speed Railway Network Based on Reasonable Running Distance

摘要 针对高速铁路网过于复杂,运输组织困难的问题,考虑对高速铁路路网进行区域划分,将我国高铁路网划分为若干个相对独立的子网,以实现大规模运输组织问题的解耦。本文利用分担率法计算得到各省份高速铁路列车的合理开行距离,结合高速铁路列车的合理开行距离和动车的存放检修能力,以跨区域客流最小和区域内连通性最大为目标,建立高速铁路路网区域划分模型,并利用基于参考向量引导的多目标优化进化算法求解。以目前开通的高铁路网及所属地区为例,对中国大陆30个省市进行区域划分,最优解的选取优先考虑跨区域客流最小,最终将高铁路网划分为九大区域,划分结果和我国经济圈情况基本相符,是一种可行的高速铁路路网区域划分方法。 In view of the problem that the high-speed railway network is too complex and the transportation organization is difficult,the regional division of the high-speed railway network is considered,and the highspeed railway network in China is divided into several relatively independent subnetworks to realize the decoupling of large-scale transportation organization problems.In this paper,the reasonable running distance of high-speed railway trains in each province is calculated by using the sharing rate method.Then,combining the reasonable running distance of high-speed railway trains and the storage and maintenance capacity of EMU,with the goal of minimizing cross-regional passenger flow and maximizing intra-regional connectivity,the regional partition model of high-speed railway network is established,and the multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithm based on reference vector guidance is used to solve the problem.Taking the current high-speed railway network and its regions as an example,30 provinces and cities in China’s mainland are divided into regions.The selection of the optimal solution gives priority to the minimum cross regional passenger flow.Finally,the high-speed railway network is divided into nine regions.The division results are basically consistent with the situation of China’s economic circle,and it is a feasible method for the regional partition of high-speed railway network.
