内蒙古地区蒙古族和汉族成人面部软组织侧貌角度对比研究

Comparative study of facial soft tissue angle between Mongolian and Han adults in Inner Mongolia

目的对内蒙古地区个别正常蒙古族和汉族成人面部软组织用三维立体摄影技术进行测量研究,得出该民族面部软组织角度测量数据值,建立该地区蒙古族和汉族正常成人面部软组织角度值数据库。方法从内蒙古在校学生中严格筛选出符合标准的295名正常样本,其中,汉族男性60名,汉族女性90名,蒙古族女性76名,蒙古族男性69名,采用Morpheus 3D面部扫描仪对受试者进行14个软组织标记点的确定,17个项目的角度测量,使用SPSS 22.0统计分析,对比面部差异。结果汉族男性和蒙古族男性对比中,面型角(G-Sn-Pg)、面凸角(N-Sn-Pg)、全面凸角(N-Prn-Pg)、鼻唇角(Cm-Sn-Ls)、SNPG角(Pg-N-Ls)、INPG角(Pg-N-Li)、Na角(N-T-Prn)、Mn角(Ls-T-Pg)的差异具有统计学意义。汉族女性和蒙古族女性对比中,G-Sn-Pg、N-Sn-Pg、N-Prn-Pg、Pg-N-Ls、Pg-N-Li、颏唇沟角(Pg-Sm-Li)、Mx角(Ls-T-Prn)、Ls-T-Pg、面上1/3角(Tri-T-N)、面中1/3角(N-T-Sn)的差异具有统计学意义。汉族女性和汉族男性对比中,N-Sn-Pg、鼻额角(G-N-Prn)、Cm-SnLs、Pg-N-Ls、Pg-Sm-Li、SNI角(Ls-N-Li)、TV角(N-T-Pg)、Ls-T-Prn、Ls-T-Pg、Tri-T-N、N-T-Sn的差异具有统计学意义。蒙古族男性和女性的对比中,女性N-Prn-Pg、G-N-Prn、鼻尖角(N-Prn-Sn)、Tri-T-N均大于男性,男性面下1/3角(Sn-T-Me)大于女性。结论内蒙古地区蒙古族人群和汉族人群之间面部侧貌存在一定差异。

Objective The purpose of the paper is to obtain the angle measurement data of facial soft tissues of Mongolian nationality and to establish the angle value database of human facial soft tissues of Mongolian and Han adults through studying their facial soft tissues with individual normal teeth occlusion in Inner Mongolia by using three-dimensional(3D)stereo photography technology.Methods A total of 295 normal dental occlusion samples were selected from students in Inner Mongolia,including 60 Han males,90 Han females,76 Mongolian females,and 69 Mongolian males.Using Morpheus 3D facial scanner,14 soft tissue markers were identified,and 17 items were angled.SPSS 22.0was used for statistical analysis and the comparisons of facial differences.Results Statistically significant differences were observed in facial shape angle(G-Sn-Pg),facial convex angle(N-Sn-Pg),total convex angle(N-Prn-Pg),nasolabial angle(Cm-Sn-Ls),SNPG angle(Pg-N-Ls),INPG angle(Pg-N-Li),Na angle(N-T-Prn),and Mn angle(Ls-T-Pg)between Han and Mongolian males.Statistically significant differences were noted in G-Sn-Pg,N-Sn-Pg,N-Prn-Pg,Pg-N-Ls,PgN-Li,mentolabial sulcus angle(Pg-Sm-Li),Mx angle(Ls-T-Pg),Ls-T-Pg,1/3 of the face angle(Tri-T-N),and 1/3 of the middle face angle(N-T-Sn)between Han and Mongolian females.Statistically significant differences were observed in N-Sn-Pg,nasofrontal angle(G-N-Prn),CmSn-Ls,Pg-N-Ls,Pg-Sm-Li,SNI angle(Ls-N-Li),TV angle(N-T-Pg),Ls-T-Prn,Ls-T-Pg,Tri-T-N,and N-T-Sn between Han females and Han males.In the Mongolian male-fe male comparison,the female’s N-Prn-Pg,G-N-Prn,nasal tip angle(N-Prn-Sn),and Tri-T-N are all larger than the male’s whereas the male’s Sn-T-Me is larger than the female’s.Conclusion Some differences exist in the facial profile be tween Mongolian and Han populations in Inner Mongolia.
