摘要 根管预备机用镍钛锉的出现是根管治疗中的一大里程碑,根管预备的安全性和效率得到了很大提升。近年来,镍钛锉的设计经历了一系列的变化和改进以适应临床中的需求,每一设计有其各自的特点。临床工作中了解和熟悉镍钛锉的性能及特点,选择合适的器械是根管治疗的前提和保障。本文从根管预备机用镍钛锉的发展入手,对镍钛锉晶相结构变化、外部结构改进、安全性和效率的改变作一综述,以期为临床工作中根管预备选择合适的器械提供一定的参考。 The emergence of nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation machine is a major milestone in root canal treatment,and the safety and efficiency of root canal preparation have been greatly improved.In recent years,the design of nickel-titanium instruments has undergone a series of changes and improvements to meet the clinical needs,and each design has its own characteristics.Understanding and being familiar with the performance and characteristics of nickel-titanium instruments for choosing appropriate instruments are important.This article focuses on the development of nickel-titanium instruments used in root canal preparation machine and reviews the progress on the changes in crystal structure,external structure improvement,safety,and efficiency to provide a reference for the selection of appropriate instruments for root canal preparation in clinical work.
