摘要 靶向牙髓显微外科技术是在改良传统牙髓显微外科手术的基础上,将数字化静态导航系统与骨环钻相结合,使手术操作趋向精准、微创的一种新技术。对牙髓显微外科而言,患牙根尖区的精准定位及微创去骨是手术的难点与关键点,而靶向牙髓显微外科技术能减小操作误差,降低手术的技术敏感性,提高手术的安全性。本文就靶向牙髓显微外科技术的发展现状、手术精度的影响因素、优点及不足作一综述。 The targeted endodontic microsurgery technique is a new technique that combines the digital static navigation system with the bone ring drill on the basis of improving the traditional endodontic microsurgery for precise,minimally invasive operation.For endodontic microsurgery,the precise positioning of the apical region of the affected tooth and minimally invasive debridement are the difficult,critical points of the surgery,and the targeted endodontic microsurgery technique can reduce the operating error and technical sensitivity of the surgery,and improve the safety of the surgery.In this paper,we review the current development of targeted endodontic microsurgery,the factors affecting surgical precision,the advantages,and the shortcomings.
