美国国家档案馆所藏钓鱼岛问题档案及其文献价值

Diaoyu Islands Archives in the National Archives Collection of the United States and Its Document Value

美国在介入中国钓鱼岛事务过程中产生了大量外交文件,美国国家档案馆所藏相当一部分关于钓鱼岛问题核心档案(纸质版未刊档案)尚未被学界发掘和使用。美国国家档案馆收藏的关涉钓鱼岛问题档案主要分散在美国国务院档案、美国琉球民政府档案、美国陆军部档案、美国中央情报局档案等美国政府相关职能部门的历史档案卷宗之中。该部分档案不仅具有重要的史料研究价值,而且对于中国政府钓鱼岛维权也具有不可或缺的“证据链”价值,能够为中国政府维护钓鱼岛主权权益,提升钓鱼岛话语权的国家战略提供智力支持和学术参照。

The United States has produced a large number of diplomatic documents in the process of its intervention in China’s Diaoyu Islands affairs,and a considerable part of the core files on the Diaoyu Islands issue held in the National Archives of the United States( unpublished files in paper versions)have not been discovered and used by the academic community.The files on the Diaoyu Island-related issues collected by the US National Archives are scattered among those of the US State Department,the US Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands,the US War Department,the US Central Intelligence Agency and other relevant US government departments.This part of the archives not only has important historical research value,but also has indispensable “evidence chain”value for the Chinese government’s rights protection of Diaoyu Islands,which can provide intellectual support and academic reference for the Chinese government’s national strategy of safeguarding the sovereign rights.
