摘要
高等教育在线教学效果的提升,不仅应重视教学方法与硬件设施的改善,更要实现教学网络与情感交流网络、公共事务处理网络等其他网络的互促。借助社会网络分析方法,运用度中心性、中介中心性、整体网络密度与QAP回归,对XX高校研究生在线教学48份问卷数据进行实证检验。结果显示,无论是在线教学网络还是情感交流网络的密度均偏低,班干部在多个网络中均占据重要信息传递关键节点;授课教师加强与班干部群体的信息交流,有助于在线教学效果提升;学生个人情感网络、学习“求助-协作”网络以及公共事务处理网络均与在线教学效果提升存在显著正相关,强化对这些网络的培育有助于高等教育在线教学效果的提高。
The improvement of online education effectiveness in college-level education should pay attention to improvement of teaching methods and hardware facilities and realize mutual promotion with other contact networks. With the help of the social network analysis method,degree centrality,between centrality,overall network density,and QAP regression were used to empirically test the data of 48 questionnaires for online education of graduate students in XX universities.The results show that the network density of both online teaching networks and dynamic communication networks is low. Class leaders occupy an important information transfer position in several networks;Strengthening information exchange with the group of class leaders can help improve the effectiveness of online teaching.Personal emotion networks,learning “help-collaboration” networks,and public affairs networks are significantly and positively related to improving online teaching effectiveness.
