摘要
校企联合培养日渐成为培养专业学位硕士研究生实践能力的重要形式,我国已有大量院校开展了多种类型的研究生联合培养,包括与国内顶级企业合作,也包括开展国际合作等。但实践基地在运行过程中不断暴露出投入欠缺、动力机制不足、缺乏有效监管等问题。实践基地作为连接高校、企业、硕士研究生等多方主体利益的相关平台,如果各方利益诉求未得到很好满足,便会造成由于担忧过度投入而造成投入产出不相适配的现象。以经济学利益相关者理论的视角,明确专业学位硕士研究生联合培养实践基地利益相关者的诉求,从投入、过程与产出三方面构建联合培养实践基地评价体系,可为专业学位硕士研究生联合培养实践基地的建设提供参考。
University-enterprise joint training has gradually become an important form of training the practical ability of professional master graduates.A large number of universities in China have carried out a variety of joint training,including cooperation with domestic top enterprises,international cooperation,etc.However,problems such as the lack of investment,motivation mechanism and effective supervision are constantly exposed in the operation process of the practice base.The practice base,as a stakeholder organization connecting multiple subjects such as universities,enterprises and postgraduate students,is not well satisfied with the interest demands of all parties,which will lead to the phenomenon of input-output mismatch due to the worry of excessive investment.From the perspective of stakeholder,this paper clarifies the demands of stakeholders of the joint training practice base,and constructs the evaluation system of the joint training practice base from three aspects,input,process and output,which can provide reference for the construction of the joint training practice base for professional master’s degree students.
