抗硫高温高压井下安全阀故障及处置实践 被引量:1

摘要 在井下安全阀的使用过程中,不可避免地会出现一些功能故障,文章开展大量现场实践与分析研究,初步明确了井下安全阀常见故障的表现形式、主要原因及对应处置措施。结果表明,井下安全阀下深一般在80~120 m,在关井或产量较低时,由于此处温度较低,加之高压含硫等因素影响,存在井筒天然气水合物堵塞造成井下安全阀无法动作的风险,应采取适当的水合物预防措施;井下安全阀故障主要发生在地面控制部分,可通过修复或更换故障部件恢复井下安全阀功能;针对常规手段无法有效处置的井下控制系统及安全阀的故障,可采用常开工具打开井下安全阀,通过ST3井实践证实,该方法为高温高压含硫井中井下安全故障处理提供了有效对策。 It is inevitable that some functional failures will occur during the operation of subsurface safety valves.Through a large number of field practice and analysis studies,the manifestations,main reasons,and corresponding treatment measures of subsurface safety valve malfunctions were preliminarily clarified.The research results show that the depth of the subsurface safety valve is generally 80~120 m.Under the conditions of shut-in or low production,the temperature at the subsurface safety valve position is low,coupled with the influence of factors such as high pressure and sulfur content,there is a risk that the subsurface safety valve will not operate due to the blockage of the wellbore natural gas hydrate.Appropriate hydrate precautions should be taken.The subsurface safety valve malfunction mainly occurs in the ground control system,and the function of the SSSV can be restored by repairing or replacing the faulty parts.For subsurface control system malfunction that cannot be effectively handled by conventional means,a permanent open tool should be used to open subsurface safety valve,which is proved valid countermeasures of subsurface safety malfunctions in high temperature and high pressure sulfur wells through Well ST3 practice.
