炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸的制备及电热性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 以碳纤维为电热骨架、炭黑为导电桥梁、芳纶沉析纤维为辅助成形浆料,通过湿法成形工艺制备炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸。结果表明,炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸(炭黑含量10%、芳纶沉析纤维含量20%、碳纤维含量70%)在固含量15%的酚醛树脂浸渍热压处理后性能最佳,抗张强度1989kN/m、撕裂度1057mN、方阻1.5Ω/□;在8 V电压下,所制备的炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸电加热后表面温度最高可达242.5℃。 Using carbon fiber as electric heating skeleton,carbon black as conductive path,and aramid fibrid as auxiliary forming slurry,the carbon black/aramid fibrid/carbon fiber-based paper was fabricated via wet-forming process.The results showed that the paper comprising of 10%carbon black,20%aramid fibrid,and 70%carbon fiber after impregnated with 15%phenolic resin and hot-press exhibit⁃ed the best comprehensive performance.The tensile strength,tearing strength,and sheet resistance of the paper reached 1989 kN/m,1057 mN,and 1.5Ω/□,respectively.With supplied voltage of 8 V,the highest surface temperature of the paper after electric heating could reach 242.5℃.
