摘要
乡村规划是乡村振兴的第一步,新时代乡村振兴必须包含乡村文化的振兴。乡村规划所考量的文化现象侧重于宏观性,可从文化样态、文化消费、文化氛围三个向度切入。规划中的文化布局是一种策略性的方案,应做到强化乡村规划理念,注重乡村“传统农耕文化”有效传承;有机融合多元文化价值,促进乡村文化的现代化转型;营造健康文化消费环境,促进乡村居民自主文化消费;打造特色文化品牌,吸引外来居民旅游文化消费;做好“微”改造,积微成著,营造浓郁文化氛围。
Rural planning is the first step of revitalizing the rural areas.Ruralrevitalizationmust include the revitalization of rural culture in the new era. Theculture considered in rural planning focuses on macroscopic, which can be taken into consideration the three dimensions, i.e cultural patterns, cultural consumption, and cultural atmosphere. The cultural layout in planning is a strategic scheme, which should strengthen the concept of rural planning and pay attention to the effective inheritance of “rural traditional farming culture”, organic integration ofmulti-cultural values to promote the modernization of rural culture, create a healthy cultural consumption environment to promote rural residents’ independent cultural Consumption, build distinctive cultural brands and attract foreign residents to travel and consume culture, do a good job of micro transformation, accumulate bit to make too remarkable, and create a strong cultural atmosphere.
