睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的干眼状态分析

Analysis of dry eye status of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的评估睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)患者的干眼状态。方法横断面研究。对我院耳鼻喉科2019年6月至2020年6月初次进行睡眠监测检查的鼾症患者85例,填写眼表疾病指数量表问卷,检查泪膜破裂时间及泪液分泌试验,进行干眼状态评估。结果与对照组比较,SAHS患者泪膜破裂时间明显缩短,特别是重度组泪膜破裂时间较轻度组明显缩短。随缺氧程度逐渐加重,泪膜破裂时间明显缩短,重度缺氧组较轻度缺氧组、中度缺氧组泪膜破裂时间明显缩短。结论SAHS患者有干眼症倾向,机体缺氧是SAHS患者患干眼症的可能原因。

Objective To evaluate the dry eye status of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS).Methods A prospective case-control study.85 patients with snoring disease who had their first sleep monitoring in otolaryngology department from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in this study.The dry eye condition was evaluated by the ophthalmic disease index questionnaire,the tear breaking up time and tear secretion test.Results Compared with the control group,the tear breaking up time with SAHS was significantly shorter,especially the severe group was significantly shorter than that of the mild group.With the increasing degree of hypoxia,the tear breaking up time was significantly shortened,and the tear breaking up time of the severe anoxia group was significantly shorter than that of the mild and moderate anoxia group.Conclusions Patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome have a tendency of dry eye,and hypoxia is the possible cause of dry eye symptom in SAHS patients.
