奶牛场粪污资源化利用的“建兴生态模式”

奶牛场粪污产生量大,无害化处理和资源化利用难等问题成为制约奶牛生产发展的一大瓶颈。通过对规模化奶牛场抓点试验,以规模奶牛场圈舍改造和发酵床养牛为核心,其他关键技术集成配套一体化应用,经过不断研究探索和创新,取得显著效果。本文通过对其进行梳理、提炼和归纳总结,概括出了规模奶牛场粪污资源化利用的“建兴生态模式”,阐述了该模式的“四化”内涵、发酵床体与种养结合的生产工艺,阐述了圈舍改建、发酵床养牛、源头减量、无害化处理和土地消纳利用等主要措施和在生产效率、环境保护、乳品质量安全等方面的成效,为规模奶牛场提供借鉴。

The problems of large fecal pollution production,and difficulty to harmless treatment and resource utilization in dairy farm have become a bottleneck impeding the development of dairy industry.Through the key test in scale dairy farm,with the cow housing reconstruction and fermentation bed as the core content,and key technology integrated application,after continuous exploration and innovation,sorted out and summarized"Jianxing Ecological Model"for Utilization of Dairy Manure and Sewage Resources.The effect of application of this Model was analyzed for the purpose to provide experience in large-scale dairy farms.
