摘要
高校辅导员参与批判性思维教育有利于更好应对大学生发展的现实困境,改善和优化自身工作方式,促进大学文化建设。高校辅导员参与批判性思维教育应秉持以正确价值导向为引领,以实践主体生成为根本,以校内外生活融合为载体,以教育事、理融通为核心,以整体方法系统为支撑的实践逻辑;遵循建设和谐且有思维张力的师生成长共同体,探寻理性与情感的融合,善用真实情境的迁移渗透作用,融合批判性思维训练与教育方法的行动路向,促进大学生批判性思维品质的提升,同时在专业工作中成己成人。
University counselors’participation in critical thinking education,can help cope with the development dilemma of college students,promote the improvement and optimization of their own work style,and improve the construction of university culture.It’s oriented by the correct value,based on teacher-student subjectivity,carried by the integration of life in-campus and off-campus,centered by the integration of education issues and principles,and supported by the holistic method system.It should construct harmonious community of teachers and students with critical thinking tension,explore the integration of rationality and emotionality,and make good use of the real situations and create problem situations.
