摘要
教学学术是推进大学教学与学术变革的重要工具。但国际教学学术的理论发展和实践推进遇到了种种障碍,包括教学学术的价值遭遇认知误解、资源投入有限,以及参与群体出现分化、教学学术成为弱势群体的生存之道。之所以出现这些困境,可从教学学术的理论本体、大学组织文化、教学学术的功用绩效三个方面窥见原因,即教学学术的理论共识性不强、遭遇高等教育正统原则的抵制,以及教学学术的学术资本价值相对偏低。为走出困境,国际教学学术将开展三个领域的变革,即不断扩展教学学术的理论边界并接纳多种概念和方法,不断加强教学学术的组织化建设,将教学学术理念嵌入教师发展制度中。
The international community has encountered various obstacles in the scholarship of teaching and learning theoretical development and practical promotion,including the misunderstood value of scholarship of teaching and learning,limited resource input,the differentiated participant groups,and the habitat of the vulnerable groups.The reasons why the scholarship of teaching and learning encounters these difficulties are the low consensus,the resisting from the orthodox principle of higher education,and the low academic value.In order to solve the dilemma,the theoretical boundary of scholarship of teaching and learning will be expanded,the organization construction will be strengthened,and the idea of scholarship of teaching and learning will be integrated into the faculty development system.
