摘要
对德国、美国、中国职业教育学的制度化历程进行对比分析后发现,职业教育学的制度化突出表现在学习与训练的制度化、学科职业的制度化、研究的制度化、交流沟通的制度化四个维度上,它们相辅相成,共同助力学科知识的快速增长。推动职业教育学制度化进一步发展,既要倚重职业教育实践所提供的基础性动力,又要不断聚焦取得学科合法性这一终极目标,还要充分认识到各国发展路径的不同及学术概念不统一带来的困扰。
Analyzing the institutionalization of vocational pedagogy in Germany,the U.S.A.and China,it found there’re such four dimensions as the institutionalization of learning and training,the institutionalization of discipline occupation,the institutionalization of research,and the institutionalization of communication,which were complementary to each other and jointly contribute to the rapid growth of disciplinary knowledge.To promote the further development of the institutionalization,it should not only rely on the basic driving force provided by vocational education practice,but also constantly focus on the ultimate goal of obtaining the disciplinary legitimacy;it should also distinguish the trouble that there’re different development paths in different countries,and the inconsistency of academic concepts.
