摘要
本科教育质量是我国实现高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变的重要保障,学习投入作为教育质量的研究领域日渐成为学者关注的热点。本研究利用“中国大学生就读经验问卷”(Chinese College Student Experience Questionnaire, CCSEQ)共收集545份样本进行调查,从学生的性别、民族、生源地、家庭背景以及年级等背景出发分析学生在行为、认知、情感和社交四方面的投入,研究发现:本科生在情感领域投入最多,在认知领域投入最少,学生学习投入均在个人背景特征方面呈现出显著差异。进而提出增加学业认知活动、增强校园文化建设、促进教育资源合理配置、增加师生交往以及关注高年级学生的建议来提高学生的学习投入。
Undergraduate education quality is an important guarantee for China to realize the transformation from a large country of higher education to a powerful country of higher education. Learning investment, as a research field of education quality, has increasingly become a hot spot of scholars’ attention. Starting from the students’ gender, ethnic group, place of origin, family background and grade, this paper analyzes the students’ investment in behavior, cognition, emotion and social interaction. The study finds that the Undergraduates’ learning investment shows significant differences in the above different aspects. Then it puts forward some suggestions to increase students’ learning investment, such as increasing academic cognitive activities, enhancing campus culture construction, promoting the rational allocation of educational resources, increasing the communication between teachers and students and paying attention to senior students.
