摘要
选择适合的水力阻力系数,是工程计算和绘制管道系统特性曲线的关键。通过数据模型变量求解出该系数,或者通过计算机辅助软件导出该系数数据都是可行的。管道系统局部阻力应以实际管道系统的所有管件进行计算才够准确,也能为今后的管道设计和操作调节提出建设性参考意见。以某实际海水输送管道项目为例,分析了管道系统特性曲线的参数计算与绘制。
Selecting proper hydraulic resistance coefficient is the key of engineering calculation and draft of pipeline system characteristic curve. It is possible to get this result through data module calculation or import from computer assistant software. Local resistance of pipeline system should be calculated according to all actual pipe fittings in actual pipeline system, so as to be accurate enough and provide reference recommendation for future pipeline design and operation commissioning. Taking an actual seawater transfer pipeline project as an example, the parameters calculation and draft of pipeline system characteristic curve were introduced and analyzed.
