摘要
某经济开发区污水处理厂接收上游食品加工厂、造纸厂及学校等混合污水,设计采用预处理-水解酸化-AAO生化-高效沉淀-臭氧催化氧化-BAF-纤维转盘滤池-接触消毒工艺,介绍了工程的工艺流程、设计参数及运行效果等。工程运行结果表明,当污水处理厂设计进水水质满足ρ(COD)≤350 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)≤30 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤50 mg/L,ρ(TP)≤1.0 mg/L时,处理后出水达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。
The wastewater treatment plant in an economic development zone receives mixed water which is mainly from food processing factory,paper mill and school.The combined process of pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-AAO biochemical-high efficiency sedimentation-catalytic ozonation-BAF-fiber rotary filter-contact disinfection was adopted in the design.The process flow,design parameters and operation effect of the project were introduced.The project operation results showed that,when the design influent water quality after the treatment metρ(COD)≤350 mg/L,ρ(NH_(3)-N)≤30 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤50 mg/L andρ(TP)≤1.0 mg/L,the effluent water quality after the treatment met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
