推进中小学校党组织领导的校长负责制是坚持为党育人、为国育才和落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。西安高新第二学校“名校+”总校党总支深入领会上级精神,积极探索党组织领导的校长负责制的运行机制,建立多项配套制度,坚持学校“三重一大”事项由党组织会议决定,充分发挥了党组织在中小学校的政治核心作用,确保党对教育工作的全面领导。

Promoting the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the party organization in primary and secondary schools is an inevitable requirement to adhere to the fundamental task of educating people for the party,the country and the implementation of moral education.The general party branch of the Union of Brand Schools of Xi'an Gaoxin No.2 School has deeply understood the spirit of the higher authorities,actively explored the operating mechanism of the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the party organization,established a number of supporting systems,insisted that the"three majors and one priority"matters of the school should be decided by the party organization meeting,which has given full play to the political core role of the party organization in primary and secondary schools,and ensured the party's overall leadership over education.
