马来沙水母和发形霞水母不同生长阶段消化酶活性研究

摘要 [目的]研究马来沙水母和发形霞水母在不同生长阶段4种消化酶活性。[方法]采用ELISA法测定2种水母的螅状体、幼体和成体的纤维素酶、胃蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶4种消化酶活性。[结果]马来沙水母除了成体阶段的脂肪酶和幼体阶段的淀粉酶活性低于发形霞水母,其他发育阶段各消化酶活性普遍高于发形霞水母,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。马来沙水母的胃蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性均随着个体的生长呈现下降趋势,而纤维素酶和淀粉酶活性随着个体的生长呈现先下降后上升趋势;发形霞水母4种消化酶的活性均随着个体生长呈现先下降后上升趋势。2种水母螅状体阶段消化酶活性最高,且与其他阶段差异极显著(P<0.01)。马来沙水母螅状体、成体阶段胃蛋白酶活性与脂肪酶活性均呈显著正相关,马来沙水母幼体发育阶段和发形霞水母螅状体阶段胃蛋白酶活性与纤维素酶活性呈显著正相关,发形霞水母螅状体阶段脂肪酶活性与淀粉酶活性呈极显著正相关,幼体阶段纤维素酶活性与淀粉酶活性也呈极显著正相关。[结论]水母在不同生长阶段消化酶活性各有不同,应根据各个水母不同生长阶段消化酶的活性变化,及时调整饵料中蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉和纤维素的比例,提高饵料利用率,促进水母的生长。 [Objective]The aim was to study the activities of four kinds of digestive enzymes in different growth stages of Sanderia malayensis and Cyanea capillata.[Method]Cellulose enzyme,stomach protease,lipase and amylase of four digestive enzymes in polyps,larvae and adults of two jellyfish were determined by ELISA.[Result]Except for the lipase activity in adult stage and the amylase activity in larval stage,the activities of digestive enzymes in other developmental stages of Sanderia malayensis were generally higher than those in Cyanea capillata,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The activities of pepsin and lipase of Sanderia malayensis showed a downward trend with the growth of the individual,while the activities of cellulase and amylase first decreased and then increased with the growth of individuals;the activities of the four digestive enzymes of Cyanea capillata first decreased and then increased with the individual growth.The activities of digestive enzymes at the polyp stage of the two jellyfish were the highest,and were significantly different from other stages(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between pepsin and lipase activities in the polyp and adult stages of Sanderia malayensis,and there was a significant positive correlation between pepsin and cellulase activities in the development stage of Sanderia malayensis larva and the polyp stage of Cyanea capillata.There was a significant positive correlation between lipase and amylase activities at the polyp stage,and there was also a significant positive correlation between cellulase and amylase activities at the larval stage.[Conclusion]The digestive enzyme activities of jellyfish are different in different growth stages,and the proportion of protein,fat,starch and cellulose in the feed should be adjusted in time according to the changes of digestive enzyme activities in different growth stages of jellyfish,so as to improve the utilization rate of the feed and promote the growth of jellyfish.
