从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴有效衔接的乡村发展路径——以安徽省“三瓜公社”乡村发展为例

Rural Development Path in the Process of Effective Connection between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization-Taking the Cultural Creation of Sangua Commune in Anhui as an Example

在理论研究的基础上,结合安徽省合肥市“三瓜公社”的乡村案例进行分析,指出脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴之间有效衔接的根本途径是产业的发展和兴旺,政府在“有为”和“无为”之间要做好定位和角色调整。提出融合发展是整合第一产业价值链的有效途径,同时要珍惜乡村历史文化和走生态可持续发展的道路的观点。

On the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the case of“Sangua Commune”in Hefei City,Anhui Province.The fundamental approach between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is the development and prosperity of industries.The government should adjust its position and role between“doing something”and“doing nothing”.This paper puts forward that integrated development is an effective way to integrate the value chain of the primary industry,and we should cherish the history and culture of the countryside and take the road of ecological sustainable development.
