上海市闵行区293株沙门菌血清型分布及耐药分析 被引量:1

Serotype distribution and drug resistance of 293 Salmonella strains in Minhang District,Shanghai

摘要 目的了解上海市闵行区腹泻病监测病例中沙门菌血清型分布及耐药性情况,为本地区食源性沙门菌病诊断治疗和监测防控提供依据。方法按照《上海市腹泻病监测实施方案》要求,将2018年—2021年从监测点医院食源性腹泻病病例样本中分离的293株沙门菌进行生化鉴定和血清分型,药敏试验分析耐药情况。结果293株沙门菌共鉴定出28个血清型,其中前3位血清型分别为肠炎沙门菌(38.23%,112/293)、鼠伤寒沙门菌(18.77%,55/293)和伦敦沙门菌(8.53%,25/293)。30种抗生素的耐药结果,270株对1种及以上抗生素耐药,216株具有多重耐药性,多重耐药率占73.72%;链霉素耐药率最高,为82.94%(243/293),氨苄西林为68.94%(202/293),萘啶酸为64.85%(190/293),磺胺异恶唑为61.09%(179/293),四环素为51.19%(150/293),复方新诺明为44.71%(131/293)。结论引起本地区食源性腹泻病的沙门菌血清型比较丰富,且普遍存在耐药并同时呈现较高的多重耐药性;有必要加强监测并进一步建立本地区沙门菌的血清型及耐药谱数据库,为疫情防控及抗生素的有效安全使用提供依据。 Objective To understand the serotype distribution and drug resistance of Salmonellain surveillance cases of diarrhea disease in Minhang District,Shanghai,and to provide basis for the diagnosis,treatment,monitoring and prevention and control of food borneSalmonelladisease in this area.Methods According to the Requirements ofShanghai Diarrheal Disease Surveillance Implementation Plan,293Salmonellastrains isolated from food borne diarrheal disease case in sentinel hospitals during 2018—2021 were conducted for biochemical identification and serotyping,and drug resistance was analyzed by drug sensitivity test.Results A total of 28 serotypes were identified from 293Salmonellastrains,among which the top three serotypes wereSalmonella enteritidis(38.23%,112/293),Salmonella typhimurium(18.77%,55/293)andSalmonella London(8.53%,25/293).The results of drug resistance of 30 antibiotics showed that 270 strains were resistant to one or more antibiotics,216 strains had multiple resistance,and the multiple resistance rate was 73.72%.The drug resistance rate of streptomycin was the highest(82.94%,243/293),followed by ampicillin(68.94%,202/293),naphthalinic acid(64.85%,190/293),sulfaoxazole(61.09%,179/293),tetracycline(51.19%,150/293),and cotrimoxazole(44.71%,131/293).Conclusion Salmonellaserotypes causing food borne diarrhea was abundant in this region,and drug resistance was widespread and multidrug resistance was high at the same time.It is necessary to strengthen surveillance and further establish a database of serotypes and drug resistance profiles ofSalmonellain this region to provide evidence for epidemic prevention and control and effective and safe use of antibiotics.
