基于BP神经网络算法和公式法纠正黄疸对仪器测定血红蛋白的影响及探讨 被引量:2

Effect of jaundice on instrumental determination of hemoglobin based on BP neural network algorithm and formula method

摘要 目的探讨黄疸对测定血红蛋白(Hb)的影响,建立校正公式和预测模型作为常规纠正黄疸干扰血红蛋白的方法。方法利用生物学的基本知识点建立校正公式和估算法算式,利用近10万例大数据样本训练出BP神经网络算法预测模型,将TBI>34.2μmol/L的111例血常规样本,分别用直接测定法、血浆置换法、估算法、公式法、预测模型法等6种方法处理,以置换法处理结果为靶值,比较各方法的有效性。结果以置换法结果为对照,估算法、公式法1结果分别与血浆置换法结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。公式法2、预测模型法与置换法结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。预测模型法校正结果与置换法结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且相对误差值较小,方法可行。结论黄疸样本能显著影响HGB的测定,并且黄疸越重,对HGB测定的影响越大。预测模型法可作为黄疸情况下血常规Hb的校正方法,比置换法操作更简便,且结果可靠。 Objective To investigate the effect of jaundice on the determination of hemoglobin(Hb),and to establish a correction formula and prediction model as a routine method to correct the interference of jaundice with hemoglobin.Methods The basic knowledge points of biology was used to establish the correction formula and estimation algorithm formula,nearly 100000big data samples were used to train the BP neural network algorithm prediction model,and 111 blood routine samples with TBI>34.2μmol/L were respectively used.Six methods such as direct determination,plasmapheresis,estimation,formula,and prediction model were used.The results of the replacement method were used as the target value to compare the effectiveness of each method.Results The result of the replacement method was set as the control,and the results of the estimation method and formula method 1 were compared with those of the plasmapheresis method,respectively,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no statistical significance on the difference between the results of formula method 2,prediction model method and replacement method(P>0.05).There is no statistical significance on the difference between the correction results of the prediction model method and the replacement method(P>0.05),and the relative error value is small,which is feasible.Conclusion Jaundice samples can significantly affect the determination of Hb,and the more severe the jaundice,the greater the impact on the determination of Hb.The prediction model method can be used as a correction method for blood routine Hb in the case of jaundice,which is simpler and more reliable than the replacement method.
