摘要
目的探讨溶血标本生化项目替代性检验的可行性。方法随机选取绍兴市人民医院165例未溶血血清样本进行24项常规生化项目检测,随后将上述165例样本手工溶血,测量血红蛋白吸光度(A)值,再次进行生化检测,对2次项目检测结果进行比较,分析生化检测项目与溶血程度的相关性。结果标本溶血对ALP、TP等18项生化项目有影响;HBDH等5项生化项目溶血前后变化值与溶血程度存在极强相关性,TP等8项生化项目溶血前后变化值与溶血程度存在强相关性;HBDH、CHOL、CK、AST、LDH溶血前后变化值与HbA值均存在直线相关性,其中HBDH、CHOL的相关性较强。结论溶血对部分生化项目的检测结果有一定的影响,在某些紧急及特殊情况下,对于一些溶血前后变化值与溶血程度相关性强的项目,可以使用溶血标本进行替代检验。
Objective To explore the feasibility of biochemical substitution test for hemolysis specimens.Methods A total of165 unhemolysed serum samples from Shaoxing People.s Hospital were randomly selected for 24 routine biochemical tests.Then165 samples were hemolysed manually and hemoglobin absorbance value(A)was measured.Finally biochemical tests were performed again.The results of the two tests were compared to analyze the correlation between biochemical tests and hemolysis degree.Results Hemolysis of specimens affect 18 biochemical items such as ALP and TP.There is a strong correlation between the change values of 5 biochemical items such as HBDH and the degree of hemolysis.And there is a strong correlation between the change values of 8 biochemical items such as TP and the degree of hemolysis.The changes of HBDH,CHOL,CK,AST and LDH before hemolysis have linear correlation with HbAvalue.HBDH and CHOL have strong correlation.Conclusion Hemolysis has a certain influence on the test results of some biochemical items.In some urgent and special cases,hemolysis samples can be used as an alternative test for items with strong correlation between the change value before and after hemolysis and the degree of hemolysis.
