2018年-2021年平度市布鲁菌病血清学检测结果分析

Analysis of Brucellosis serological test results in Pingdu City from 2018 to 2021

目的了解2018年—2021年平度市人间布鲁菌病感染情况,为采取有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法按照WS 269—2019《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》对2018年—2021年平度市布鲁菌病疑似病例和密切接触人群,进行虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)血清学检测,结果用流行病学方法进行分析。结果1215例疑似病例和密切接触人群中,布病抗体阳性率为18.27%;年龄分布以中老年为主,40岁~60岁组最多;男女阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05);职业分布以屠宰加工组阳性率最高,不同职业间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.314,P<0.01)。结论平度市人间布鲁菌病抗体阳性率呈逐年上升趋势,以职业人群为主,建议加强重点人群布病防控知识健康教育和血清学监测工作,防止布鲁菌病的发生。

Objective To understand the human Brucellosis infection situation in Pingdu City from 2018 to 2021,and to provide scientific basis for taking effective prevention and control measures.Methods According to WS 269—2019 Diagnostic Criteria for Brucellosis,the suspected cases and close contacts of Brucellosis in Pingdu City from 2018 to 2021 were subjected to rose bengal plate test(RBPT)and tube agglutination test(SAT)for serological detection.The results were analyzed by epidemiological methods.Results Among the 1215 suspected cases and close contacts,the positive rate of Brucellosis antibody was18.27%;the age distribution was dominated by middle-aged and elderly people,and the 40-60 years old group was the most;there was statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate between males and females(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05);occupational distribution showed that the slaughtering and processing group had the highest positive rate,and there was statistical significance on the difference among different occupations(χ^(2)=31.314,P<0.01).Conclusion The positive rate of human Brucellosis antibody in Pingdu City is increasing annually,mainly for occupational groups.It is recommended to strengthen the health education and serological monitoring of Brucellosis prevention and control knowledge in key groups to prevent the occurrence of brucellosis.
