巴曲酶注射液联合高压氧治疗对老年突发性聋患者凝血指标、耳鸣残存率的影响

Effect of Batroxobin Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Coagulation Index and Tinnitus Residual Rate in Elderly Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的:分析巴曲酶注射液联合高压氧治疗老年突发性聋的效果及对凝血指标、耳鸣残存率的影响价值。方法:纳入2018年1月至2020年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八三医院收治的80例老年突发性聋病例,按随机数字表法分为治疗1组(40例)、治疗2组(40例)。两组患者均采用常规激素治疗,在此基础上,治疗1组采用巴曲酶注射液治疗。治疗2组采用巴曲酶联合高压氧治疗。研究治疗10 d后临床病情控制有效率,治疗10 d后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血小板因子(PF)、D-二聚体(D-D)值,耳鸣残存率。结果:治疗10 d后,治疗2组临床病情控制有效率、D-D值,高于治疗1组(P<0.05);治疗2组PF值、耳鸣残存率,比治疗1组低(P<0.05);治疗2组PT、APTT,长于治疗1组(P<0.05)。结论:老年突发性聋患者采用巴曲酶联合高压氧治疗,能够更有效改善机体凝血功能,降低耳鸣残存率,可获得更佳治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of batroxobin injection and hyperbaric oxygen in treating senile sudden deafness and its influence value on coagulation index and tinnitus residual rate.Methods:80 cases of elderly sudden deafness admitted to The 983rd Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the PLA from January 2018 to January 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into treatment group 1(40 cases)and treatment group 2(40 cases)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with conventional hormonal therapy,and on this basis,the treatment 1 group was treated with batroxobin.The treatment 2 group was treated with batroxobin plus hyperbaric oxygen.Study the clinical condition control efficiency after 10d of treatment,and study the prothrombin time(PT),and the activation department after 10 d of treatment Divisible thrombin live time(APTT),platelet factor(PF),D-dimer(D-D)value,tinnitus residual rate.Results:After 10 d of treatment,the effective rate and D-D value of clinical disease control in treatment group 2 were higher than those in treatment group 1(P<0.05).PF value and tinnitus residual rate in treatment group 2 were lower than those in treatment group 1(P<0.05).PT and APTT values in treatment group 2 were longer than those in treatment group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Batroxobin combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in elderly patients with sudden deafness can improve the coagulation function of the body more effectively,reduce the residual rate of tinnitus,and obtain better treatment effect.
