存储温度与时间对铁铬电解液活性的影响

摘要 为了掌握电解液在存储过程中的性质变化,对0℃与25℃保存1~96 h的铁铬电解液进行研究。采用循环伏安曲线、交流阻抗图谱对电解液进行电化学分析,采用紫外分光光度计分析电解液中活性组分浓度的变化。结果表明,电解液在25℃保存6 h或在0℃保存72 h时的电化学性质较好,电解液存储期间正负极反应活性、电容量及欧姆电阻受离子浓度及种类的影响起伏波动。 In order to reveal the changes in the properties of the electrolyte during storage,iron chromium elec-trolyte stored at 0℃and 25℃for 1~96 h was studied.Cyclic voltammetry curve and AC impedance spec-trum were used for electrochemical analysis of the electrolyte,and UV spectrophotometer was used to analyze the change in the active component concentration in the electrolyte.The results show that the electrolyte exhib-ited relatively good electrochemical properties when it was stored at 25℃for 6h or 0℃for 72 h.The positive and negative electrode reactivity,capacitance,and ohmic resistance fluctuated with the concentration and type of the ions during the storage of the electrolyte.
