摘要
诚信,为做人、立业之本。随着家政服务业的加速发展,家政行业各种问题的出现,引发了人们对家政服务的信任危机,亟需加强家政服务业的信用建设。然而,目前家政服务业信用建设还存在一些不足,主要表现在:守信激励和失信惩戒不到位、行业标准不统一、缺乏信用评级、过于侧重技术监督而忽视宣传与教育等。为使诚信内化于心、外化于行,重塑人们对家政服务的信任,我们需要加强政策和制度的推进和落实,真正发挥守信激励和失信惩戒的作用;需要统一行业标准,促进家政服务的规范化和专业化;需要加强信用评级,制定行业守则,提高行业准入门槛,并加强从业人员的教育和正面案例的宣传报道,以最终完善家政服务业的信用体系建设。
Integrity is the foundation of life and career.With the accelerated development of the domestic service industry,the emergence of various problems in the domestic service industry has triggered a crisis of people’s trust in the domestic service industry,and it is urgent to strengthen the credit construction of the domestic service industry.However,there are still some deficiencies in the credit construction of the domestic service industry,such as the insufficient incentives for keeping promises and punishments for dishonesty,the inconsistent industry standards,the lack of credit ratings,too much emphasis on technical supervision and ignoring publicity and education.In order to internalize honesty in the heart,externalize it in action,and reshape people's trust in the domestic services,we need to strengthen the promotion and implementation of policies and systems,and truly play the role of the trustworthy incentives and the untrustworthy punishments.It is necessary to unify the industry standards and promote the standardization and specialization of domestic services.It is necessary to strengthen the credit rating,formulate the industry codes,raise the threshold for the industry access,and strengthen the education of practitioners and the publicity and report of positive cases,so as to finally improve the credit system construction of the domestic service industry.
