高职院校是为国家经济建设培养高质量人才的重要阵地,更注重传授学生专业知识和培养学生专业技能。近些年来,人们逐渐认识到了培养高职大学生工匠精神的重要性。高职院校在教育教学过程中,要结合职业技术教学内容来对教育方向进行调整,将工匠精神融入高职院校日常教育,强化高职大学生的工匠意识,以提升人才培养质量。高职院校应改革高职教育模式,健全人才培养与激励机制,在做好主体教育工作的同时,进行产教融合,打造培养工匠精神的新平台,为社会培养更多的既具有丰富知识和高超技能,又具备工匠精神的高质量人才。
