新时期高校大学生党员发展质量的研究——以陕西省三所高校为例

Research on the Quality of the Development of College Student Party Members in the New Era——Take Three Universities in Shaanxi Province as an Example

党员发展质量是党员发展的生命线,提高党员发展质量是新时期全面从严治党的必然要求。新时期背景下,高校应始终以“控制总量、优化结构、提高质量、发挥作用”为目标,以提升大学生党员发展质量为根本宗旨和出发点,不断探寻大学生党员发展的新模式。文章以陕西省三所办学层次不同高校的大学生党员为调查对象,探索陕西省高校大学生党员发展质量的总体概况,归纳目前大学生党员发展中的不足,挖掘陕西本土优势,提供切实可行的建议和对策,以完善陕西省高校大学生党员发展质量体系。

The quality of Party member development is the lifeblood of Party member development,and improving the quality of Party member development is the inevitable requirement of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party in the new era.Under the background of the new era,colleges and universities should always take"controlling the total amount,optimizing the structure,improving the quality,and playing a role"as the goal,and take improving the quality of the development of college student party members as the fundamental purpose and starting point,and constantly explore a new model for the development of college student Party members.This article takes the college student Party members from three universities with different school levels in Shaanxi province as the survey object,explores the general situation of the development quality of college student Party members in Shaanxi province,summarizes the shortcomings in the development of college student Party members at present,excavates Shaanxi's local advantages,and provides practical suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quality system of college student Party member development in Shaanxi province.
