In order to improve the effectiveness of physical education teaching, physical education teachers should actively update their teaching concepts in the process of teaching practice, and flexibly learn from advanced physical education teaching experience and practices. Among them, the application of SPARK concept in physical education classroom teaching is conducive to enriching physical education teaching forms, cultivating students’ awareness of rules, and tapping the potential value of sports.The article focuses on the integration and application strategies of SPARK concept in physical education teaching: selecting appropriate music to create a lively teaching atmosphere, organically combining game elements to carry out sports training,regulation sports teaching activities with the help of SPARK concept, improving students’ core competence with the help of SPARK concept, and making full use of the evaluation system of SPARK concept.
