云南省开远市数字乡村顶层规划设计

Top-level Planning and Design of Digital Village in Kaiyuan City

摘要 新一代信息技术的快速发展和应用,为数字乡村发展创造了前所未有的机遇。开远市以农业产业转型、农村治理及服务创新、乡村文化蓬勃发展的三位一体发展为方向,大力实施“数字乡村”发展战略,助推乡村振兴。本文对数字乡村的系统架构、大数据中心平台进行了设计,并详细阐述了乡村场景创新应用。开远市数字乡村建设实现产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效,推动了农业农村的经济发展,具有较高的实践价值。 The rapid development and application of new generation of information technology has created unprecedented opportunities for the development of digital villages.Taking the trinity of agricultural transformation,rural governance and service innovation,and rural culture as the development direction,Kaiyuan City implements the“digital village”development strategy to boost rural revitalization.The article designs the system architecture and big data center platform of the digital village,and elaborates the application of the village scene in detail.The digital village construction of Kaiyuan City has realized the prosperity of the agricultural industry,the ecological livability,the civilized rural customs,and the effective governance,which has promoted the economic development of the countryside and has high practical value.
