新媒体在高校学生管理工作中的应用——以渭南师范学院“书记小喇叭”为例

The Application of New Media in the Management of College Students:Taking Weinan Normal University’s“Secretary Speaker”as an Example

将新媒体的教育、管理、服务功能融入高校学生管理,做好学生思想政治工作,保障各项工作高效运行,是打破传统媒体信息传播的单向模式,解决生生、师生之间交流,扩大学生交际圈以及丰富学生信息量的客观需要。高校学生管理信息传递存在信息传递迟缓、管理对象个性化、传递内容要求不同等特点,这主要是由高校管理方式灵活、学生业余生活丰富、信息种类多元化等内外因素所致。高校应充分利用新媒体的优势,积极探索建立学生管理新媒体工作长效机制,从思政教育工作出发,建设信息多元化、多层次、多群体、多保障的新媒体平台,以提升学生管理工作的有效性。

Integrating the education,management and services of new media into the management of college students,doing a good job in the ideological and political work of students,and ensuring the efficient operation of the work is to break the one-way model of traditional media information dissemination,solve the communication between students and students,teachers and students,and expand the communication circle of students and the objective needs of enriching students’information.There are problems such as slow information transmission,individualized management objects,and different transmission requirements in college student management.This is mainly due to internal and external factors such as flexible management methods in colleges and universities,students’spare colorful life,and diversified information types.The long-term mechanism of new media student management,from the perspective of ideological and political education,builds information diversification,multi-level,multi-group,multi-guarantee,multi-update and other methods to explore the application of new media in college student management.
