面向农村老人的医疗服务设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF MEDICAL SERVICE FOR THE RURAL ELDERLY

文章以农村老人的医疗服务为研究内容,从服务设计的本质与健康医疗领域服务设计案例入手,利用问卷调查、Persona人物模型等多种分析方法,针对农村医疗的发展和农村老人的医疗服务现状进行研究,列出现有的问题,并据此提出面向农村老人的医疗服务流程,根据流程中涉及的需求,制定具体的服务设计策略,构建农村医疗服务模式,进而提升农村老人的医疗服务体验,促进农村医疗的和谐、健康发展。

This article takes the medical service of the elderly in rural areas as the research object,starts with the essence of service design and service design cases in the field of health care.Using various analysis methods such as questionnaire survey and Persona character model,research on the development of rural medical care and the current situation of rural elderly medical services,list existing problems,and put forward the medical service process for rural elderly accordingly.To meet the needs,formulate specific service design strategies,build a rural medical service model,and then improve the medical service experience of the rural elderly,and promote the harmonious and healthy development of rural medical care.
