摘要
文章用内容分析法归纳72篇文献内容,并遴选其中28篇作为参考文献,分析基于知识管理的学习型组织定义内涵及研究框架,从结合机理、理论基础、构建机理、实践应用4个方面阐述国内基于知识管理的学习型组织研究进展。结合机理包括结合动因和结合方式,前者涉及环境性动因、关联性动因、异同性动因,后者涉及组织系统观、组织生态观;理论基础包括知识链、知识螺旋和组织学习理论;构建机理涵盖学习型组织的知识管理模型构建和基于知识管理的学习型组织设计;实践应用集中于高校、企业、政府、图书馆等领域。
By means of content analysis,the authors sum up the content of 72 articles,and select 28 of them for reference.This paper analyzes the definition and research framework of learning organization based on knowledge management,and expounds its research progress in China from four aspects:combination mechanism,theoretical basis,construction mechanism and practical application.Researches on combination mechanism involve motivations which include environmental motivation,relevance motivation and dissimilarity motivation and methods concerning organizational system view and organizational ecology view.Studies of theoretical basis are related to knowledge chain theory,knowledge spiral theory and organizational learning theory.As for construction mechanism,researches cover the creation of knowledge management model in learing organizations and the design of learning organization based on knowledge management.The application focuses on the field of university,enterprise,government and library.
